great info. and Dr. Greger is an entertaining writer as well so it makes it really fun to read. don't let the size of the book intimidate you. I ended up reading a chapter every night because it was such great stuff. didn't feel like homework like some other health and nutrition books. he explains it all in a way that is very practical and encouraging.
