Always and Forever, Lara Jean is the third and last book in the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series by Jenny Han. Like the first two books, this novel is a captivating and fun light read. Lara Jean, the female lead, is in her last few months of high school with her love, Peter Kavinsky. Lara Jean and Peter have planned their future life in college together, but it all shatters when Lara Jean gets rejected from her dream university and decides to go to a college farther away from her boyfriend than they would have liked. Misunderstandings grow and it seems that her mother and her older sister are right - you shouldn’t go to college with a boyfriend. Jenny Han’s last adventure with Lara Jean was the perfect end to a series I loved passionately. I recommend this book to all teens and young adults looking for a great series that will make you laugh, cry, and wish for a love like Lara Jean’s. I rate this book a 5 out of 5 because this series caught my heart and I could not put this book down willingly.  Catherine P., grade 11, of the Yorba Linda Teen Book Bloggers

I just finished this book, and I wish Jenny Han would just write one more! I feel like all the books leave you on a cliff hanger, I mean what would happen in college for Lara Jean, and Peter, will they end up together, or will they break up? I'm so excited to watch the last movie, but I'm predicting like the first one that it wouldn't be as good as the book. That's why I kinda didn't want to read the last one, because I feel like the movie would not be as good!

Things book to: To all the boys I’ve loved before

This series has been one of my absolute favorites. Well written, fun, passionate, romance, and young love. I hope Jenny Han's other books are as good as these have been. I feel like Lara Jean is a friend of mine and I'm sad I don't have any more books to listen to with her.

Saying good-bye to Lara Jean is bittersweet. Thank you, Jenny Han, for giving us this final book and allowing us to see LJ off to college. Thank you for the NYC trip, UNC and Beach Week. Thank you for moments like the birthday party and the epic photo moment. Thank you for the wedding with the planning and the family moments. Thank you, thank you for giving us a happy ending without making it too easy. Have a great life, Lara Jean!

A sweet end to the trilogy. Likely if you've enjoyed the first two in the series, you'll enjoy this one.

It's a season of change for Lara Jean Song Covey. As post high school pans are made (and ultimately altered), Lara Jean finds her voice and creates her own destiny that will always be hers.

While her family continues to grow, and her relationship with Peter K. evolves, Lara Jean finally puts herself first and imagines a scenario where she is getting a fresh start, while still keeping her loved ones close by.

4+ Stars

A nice continuation and conclusion to Lara Jean's trilogy of love and high school. After reading the second book in this series, I had felt it could easily have ended there with its sweet and swoony finish. In this outing, what felt at the beginning as a day-to-day journal of Lara Jean's life, shifted into a poignant and endearing story by the end. I actually felt an emotional tug a few times throughout. Overall, I enjoyed the realistically written and entertaining series.

This is the sequel to the book To All The Boys I've Loved Before. Lara Jean is in her senior year and she's having a great time. She has so much ahead of her such as the class trip to New York, Prom with her boyfriend Peter and so much more. After that, she's off to college with Peter by her side. What could possibly go wrong? Unfortunately for Lara Jean she was given some not so great news, that will change the rest of her life. Soon enough things start going downhill. Her relationship and all of her plans are put on hold as Lara Jean must make some pretty rational decisions on how she will move on with the next chapter of her life. I think this book is easy to relate to as some of us may have experienced things like this, making decisions that we might not like. This book shows that sometimes not everything is about doing what others want. It's about doing what you want to do and whether or not you will be happy doing it. I would give this book a 4.5/5 star rating.

We’re all just counting down, passing time. Everyone knows where they’re going, and the right now already feels like it’s in the rearview. Suddenly life feels fast and slow at the same time. It’s like being in two places at once.
