Instant New York Times Bestseller

The newest, highly anticipated novel from beloved #1 New York Times bestselling author, Colleen Hoover.

Sometimes it is the one who loves you who hurts you the most.

Lily hasn't always had it easy, but that's never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She's come a long way from the small town in Maine where she grew up--she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. So when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily's life suddenly seems almost too good to be true.

Ryle is assertive, stubborn, maybe even a little arrogant. He's also sensitive, brilliant, and has a total soft spot for Lily. And the way he looks in scrubs certainly doesn't hurt. Lily can't get him out of her head. But Ryle's complete aversion to relationships is disturbing. Even as Lily finds herself becoming the exception to his "no dating" rule, she can't help but wonder what made him that way in the first place.

As questions about her new relationship overwhelm her, so do thoughts of Atlas Corrigan--her first love and a link to the past she left behind. He was her kindred spirit, her protector. When Atlas suddenly reappears, everything Lily has built with Ryle is threatened.

With this bold and deeply personal novel, Colleen Hoover delivers a heart-wrenching story that breaks exciting new ground for her as a writer. Combining a captivating romance with a cast of all-too-human characters, It Ends With Us is an unforgettable tale of love that comes at the ultimate price.

A powerful, thought-provoking story about love complicated by abusive situations. It was difficult to put this book down. Highly recommended.

Colleen Hoover writes, without a doubt, one of the best stories - every single time - that I've ever read!!!! They suck you in from the first page and hold you for every page thereafter. Yes, there's sadness, but there's also beauty. Her characters are SO real, you feel you know them personally. The worst sadness comes when you finish the book and still you feel hungry for more.

This book is a must read for all women! No scratch that. This is a must read for everyone! This book tackles a big issue a lot of women face even if not to the extent that Lily or her mother faced. This book shows how hard the decision can be because you get to feel exactly what Lily feels. I fell in love with Ryle and found myself saying "No its okay he won't do it again!" and then realized what I just said! I learned so much from this book and think that everyone needs to read this to understand what people go through, what they might someday go through. So in conclusion THIS BOOK IS AMAZING!!! READ IT!

Lily Bloom grew up in an abusive home. As a teenager Lily finds refuge in writing to Ellen DeGeneres in her diary. The words of a lonely frightened adolescent emerging into young adulthood are rife with cascading sensations. At 23 Lily is compelled to seek out her diaries. When infatuation turns to love or abuse wreaks havoc, Hoover's writing explodes with emotion conjuring up stimuli that draws the reader deeper into the story.

Lily grew up in a household where her father was abusive to her mother but never to her or her two sisters. Lily swore she would never be in that sort of situation, but yes she fell in love with a man under a lot of stress with a problem in his child-hood, and he to began to physically abuse her. Through the strength and support of her mother she was able to save herself. A very interesting book that kept me interested throughout the book.

I came across Colleen Hoover's It Ends With Us on Goodreads and I can see why it has received so much praise. It is a phenomenal story about to having to decide when to be selfless and when to put yourself first. Every page will suck you into this beautifully, courageous story about one woman's choices in love. It's a must read!
