đź’– great movie

This movie has not aged well. Compared to some other, even earlier, CGI films, Shark Tale looks ugly by comparison with poor texturing on certain characters.

On the other hand, it has a well done, memorable soundtrack, an interesting premise, and a lot of pop-culture references. Some of the characters are noteworthy, but there are others who are really lousy. Feel free to skip.

This is an amazing movie! It is based around an underachiever Oscar, a pint-sized fish with grand aspirations. When mob-connected great white shark Frankie is accidentally killed, Oscar concocts a story with Frankie's peace-loving brother Lenny that it was he who murdered the shark. Suddenly hailed "Sharkslayer" by his aquatic brethren, Oscar has bigger fish to fry when Frankie's father, mob boss Don Lino, dispatches his henchmen to track down his son's killer. This is a great movie! I love the whole plot, the theme and the whole storyline of the movie. My favourite part of the movie would have to be the ending because this movie had one of the most sweetest endings. I would recommend this movie to people of all ages because it is a family friendly movie. Overall, this is a fantastic movie. 5/5

Shark Tale is about a fish named Oscar who works as a tongue scrubber at a place called the Whale Wash but, one day when a group of sharks try to attack the place, all the other fishes run away but, Oscar is the only one left even though he is quite scared. Luckily for him one of the sharks doesn’t like violence, his name is Lenny and together the two pretend to fight it out so Oscar could escape. Eventually, Oscar is known as the “Shark Slayer” and he tries his best to reap the rewards of the title while trying to maintain the lie but, just how long can he do this? As his new pal, Lenny is the son of a dangerous and powerful shark, Don Lino who is on the hunt for this supposed “Shark Slayer”. Shark Tale is quite funny and an amazing movie, I think it would be a good family movie and I personally really enjoyed watching it. I think I would rate Shark Tale 4/5.

Oscar: Hi, I'm Oscar - you might think you know me, but you have no idea! Welcome to my crib - the good life, the way the other half lives! Check it out, I got my 60-inch high-def plasma TV with six-speaker surround, CD, DVD, Playstation and an eight-track for one of those days when you're feeling just a little weeka-weeka-weeka OLD SCHOOL, ha ha ha! Coz even a superstar Mac-daddy fish like me has to have the basic necessities!

Shortie #1: Yeah, like money!
